Abstract

This chapter outlines the advantages and limitations of CT and CBCT and places MRI in perspective so the surgeon can appreciate, prescribe, and evaluate the information gained from an imaging study. When the appropriate imaging study is integrated with the clinical examination and patient dialogue, optimal outcomes of aesthetic facial surgery can be achieved.
