Abstract

The paper presents the methodology of carrying out financial analysis to compare the life cycle costs of different rehabilitation options. A computer program, utilizing Lotus 1-2-3, version 2.01, is developed for the analysis. Actual life cycles of different techniques employed on bridge rehabilitation projects are given. The application of the technique is illustrated by an actual example of a bridge rehabilitation project.
