Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine what is the main selection factor in Lifelong Education at universities for the Future Education(LiFE), Furthermore, the examination of the role of social support for adult learners is through the moderating effect. As a result, the factors affecting the learning performance of adult learners were social reputation and academic factors. Factors influencing university satisfaction were individual characteristics such as gender and age and university selection factors were found to be social reputation and quality of education. Finally, as for the moderating effect of social support. it was found that social support had a positive moderating effect between social reputation and learning outcomes, financial excellence and learning outcomes, and educational quality and learning outcomes. it was found that the degree of learning outcomes of adult learners can vary depending on the degree of social support. This study empirically examines which selection factors affect the future development and operation of LiFE.
