Abstract
The article considers theatrical and decorative art of Transcarpathia in the socio-cultural space of Ukraine of the 20th century (45-90s). The trends of the development and research of theatrical and decorative art of Transcarpathia are determined. The paper describes the cultural processes that influenced the development of theatrical and decorative art of Transcarpathia in the context of the socio-cultural space of Ukraine of the specified period. Research of the theatrical and decorative art of Transcarpathia is an attempt to generalize and introduce this concept into scientific circulation, revealing its genesis and connection with artistic and cultural processes and new concepts of modern visual art in Transcarpathia. To solve the tasks set in the article, the author used cultural, systematic, comparative, analytical and other research methods. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time in cultural studies an attempt has been made to analyze the theatrical and decorative art of Transcarpathia in the socio-cultural space of Ukraine of the 20th century (45-90s).
