Abstract
The article examines the process of social integration of Ukrainians in Georgia after forced migration and the impact of this process on their lives and Georgian society as a whole. It is determined that the social integration of Ukrainians after forced migration abroad is an important aspect that affects their lives and well-being. Ukrainians may be in a difficult situation when they are forced to leave their country due to conflict, war, economic instability or other factors. Social integration is the inclusion of these persons in the new socio-cultural, economic and political context of the host country and includes the following components: overcoming traumatic experiences and structural barriers, cultural adaptation, language adaptation, labor integration, social support and inclusion, legal status and legal protection, cultural exchange and cooperation, social diversification. A socio-demographic portrait of a Ukrainian migrant is formed, which includes age and gender, education, professional orientation, marital status, language adaptation, place of residence, and employment. It is noted that the study of social integration is a fundamental area in sociology, as it reveals the processes taking place in society and affecting the lives of individuals. Theoretical approaches to social integration are determined by different approaches and paradigms in sociology. It is proved that understanding and measuring social integration is of great importance for the development of integration policies and programs that promote successful adaptation of migrants and their interaction with the host society.
