Abstract
The Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences is famous for the fact that outstanding Soviet and Russian scientists have worked and continue to develop legal science at the academic level. Mikhail Ivanovich Piskotin was one of them. Scientific events are held annually in his memory and with respect for his merits. The purpose of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Piscotin Readings-2022” was to discuss current trends and prospects for the development of financial law, to prepare evidence-based recommendations for improving financial legislation. Following the results of the conference, its participants adopted a Resolution (attached).
