Abstract
The article presents the results of the acquisition, accounting, restoration and use of the archaeological collections of the Altai State Museum of Local Lore for the period from 2018 to 2022. The main sources of receiving the objects in the stock collection of the institution for the specified period are considered, and a brief description of the finds is also given. Special attention is paid to the restoration and conservation of products that are important for future exhibition projects. As part of accounting activities, the collection in question is entered into the State Catalog of the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation. It has been established that three quarters of the archaeological objects of the main fund of the AGКM are included in this system. In addition, the author of this publication presents the results of using the collection’s potential in research, exhibition, cultural and educational activities.
