Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of night tourism, as a recently emerged and not yet widespread type of tourism activity. The work analyzes approaches to the concept of night tourism, its origin, reasons for its growing popularity, foreign practice in implementing night tourism programs using the example of China, Taiwan, Vietnam and other countries. Various forms of nighttime entertainment are generalized, the advantages and disadvantages of night tourism are highlighted, and Russia's capabilities for forming a cluster of nighttime tourist sites are assessed. In conclusion, it is concluded that night tourism effectively complements daytime tourist routes, and has potential for development in Russian cities.
