Abstract

Digital technologies in the modern world are becoming an integral part of various spheres of society, and hospitality industry is no exception. Under conditions of rapid tech-nological development and constantly changing customer needs, industry enterprises are forced to implement innovations actively in order to provide high level of service and meet the requirements of modern guests. Digital technologies in hospitality industry are trans-forming traditional service delivery methods, providing unique opportunities to improve guest interaction, optimization of operational processes and improvement of overall efficien-cy.
