Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific heritage and determines that the problem of security has long been considered the most important. According to the results of the critical analysis, the features by which such approaches to the definition of economic security are systematized are singled out. Based on the generalization of different points of view of scientists on the definition of economic security and using a logical method, its essential features are identified. They became the basis for their own definition of economic security, provided using an integrated approach.
