Sciences include important subjects in secondary education, such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geology – Geography. Understanding the Nature of Science has been established as one of the desirable features of scientific literacy for teachers and students, who generally need to understand the concepts, principles, theories and processes of science and to be aware of the complex relationships between science, technology and society. The current study attempts to explore the perceptions of 58 Greek teachers regarding scientific theories and laws, science as cumulative knowledge, theory-laden observation, the scientific method, the work of scientists and the form of a scientific enterprise, based on science, using a modified Questionnaire "Myths in Natural Sciences" ". The results are particularly encouraging and show a very good spirit potential in the teaching of Sciences.
