Abstract
Collaborative learning and differentiated instruction are modern pedagogical approaches that aim at personalized learning by recognizing and leveraging the uniqueness of each student (Tomlinson, 2019).** This study examines how collaborative learning can be implemented in a differentiated teaching environment to address the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities. A total of 120 students participated, organized into groups based on their learning preferences (visual, auditory, kinesthetic). The results indicate that collaborative learning improves comprehension and retention of material while simultaneously enhancing communication skills and self-confidence (Johnson & Johnson, 2019). Students particularly benefit from interactions with peers of varying performance levels, and the differentiation of activities effectively meets their diverse learning needs. The study concludes that integrating collaborative and differentiated approaches into teaching fosters engagement and creates a supportive learning environment, contributing to the holistic development of students.
