Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values – creative work. Analyzing the categories of "decent work" and "quality of working life", the author concludes that creative work is the result of a decent working life of a person, which depends both on the participation of the state in ensuring decent working conditions and improving the quality of working life, and directly on the person himself. Accordingly, creative work should not only be proclaimed as a value and principle, but also supported by proper legal regulation.
