Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyse among team atmosphere, fellowship and intention to participation for baseball clubs member. In order to reach, the model was tested using SPSS and AMOS program on a sample of 304 surveys. And for data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling analysis and Baron & Kenny’s(1986) mediating effect test was conducted. Results of this study were as following.BR First, team atmosphere as company relationship characteristics, organization characteristics and leader characteristics has positive effect on intention to participation. Second, team atmosphere as role characteristics, company relationship characteristics and leader characteristics has positive effect on team fellowship. Third, team fellowship has positive effect on intention to participation. Forth, tema fellowship has mediation effect on between team atmosphere(only company relationship characteristics & leader characteristics) and intention to participation.
