Abstract

This study was aimed to use physical education majors university students’ in order to understand the structural causality of professor’s super leadership on self-leadership and learning flow. The model was tested using SPSS and AMOS program based on a sample of 407 surveys. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. And finally to test a mediating effect, Baron & Kenny’s(1986) procedure was conducted . Results of this study were as followingBR First, Super leadership positively influenced learning flow. Second, Super leadership positively influenced all factors of self-leadership. Third, goal behavior focused strategies and spontaneous behaviour reward strategies as self-leadership did positively influenced on learning flow. But constructive thought pattern strategies as self-leadership did not influenced on learning flow. And finally, goal behavior focused strategies and spontaneous behaviour reward strategies as self-leadership had mediation effect on super leadership between learning flow.BR
