Abstract
This article discusses the process of communication, the type of communication between people - communication, factors that can cause conflict situations in communication. The reasons that can lead to conflictual communication and strategies for exiting such communication with a compromise are analyzed. In addition to the exchange of information and feelings, it is concluded that it is necessary to enter into a dialogue, maintaining a relationship of mutual respect, taking into account the fact that conflicts of interest arise in communication.
