Abstract
Данная работа посвящена исследованию влияния примеси рения на механические и проводящие свойства тонких пленок вольфрама. Получены результаты исследования адгезивных свойств пленок. Проведено исследование уровня механических напряжений, которое соответствует полученным теоретически данным. Измерено удельное сопротивление для пленок чистого вольфрама и пленок с легирующим рением 5, 10, 15 и 20%. Получены пленки, соответствующие требованиям отраслевых стандартов.
