Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to determine the framework representation of the project – network management technology as effective regulation mechanism of systematic development of educational structures. The approbation of this technology is carried out as part of the “Project – network Institute for Innovative Education”, which is the Federal innovative platform of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and characterized as the system-network organization of the developing pedagogic staff’s post degree education space, focused on the training of pedagogical collectives to innovative processes realization and management on different levels of innovation system by means of project – network cooperation between variety of distinct actors of sociocultural, industrial and economical domains. Approbation of the project – network management technology is described in the context of the regional network experimental educational project “Model of an open education system in vocational education institution”, which is the key mechanism for introduction of corporate and network forms of pedagogic staff’s professional development in vocational education institutions. Authors of this article recommend the project – network management program by way of organizational and management solution of vocational education institutions actual problems. The study showed the way of the network project participant’s professional development as the system of knowledge conversions: from theoretical knowledge to the project knowledge and at last to the tool-practical corporate knowledge.
