Abstract

In this study, the author studies the specifics of humanitarian exchange between Hainan Province and Russia. This cooperation is carried out within the framework of the construction of a free trade port and, in this regard, has certain directions of development. The work reflects the concept and content of the economic category “free trade port” and the main provisions of economic and humanitarian cooperation with partner countries. One of China’s stable partners is Russia, and therefore it is very important to explore partnerships in the field of humanitarian exchange. In addition, the most important is the cooperation of certain provinces of the People’s Republic of China, in particular, Hainan Island is of interest as a free trade port. This definition reflects the peculiarities of the functioning of the socio-economic and humanitarian spheres of China. The purpose of our article is to study the specifics of humanitarian exchange between Hainan Province and Russia in the context of the construction of a free trade port. The object of the study is the humanitarian exchange between Hainan Province and Russia, the subject is the construction of a free trade port. As the main conclusions, the definition of the leading prospects for the development of this type of economic and humanitarian cooperation between the PRC and the Russian Federation is proposed.
