Abstract

The report analyzes the results of a survey conducted among 250 Bulgarian pedagogical specialists regarding the effectiveness and usefulness of qualification courses in the Bulgarian education system for upgrading the level of professional qualification. It helps to improve the abilities and their professional upgrading as educators, individuals and narrow specialists in the relevant field. This is the first survey to be conducted in Bulgaria, with the aim of establishing the satisfaction of pedagogical specialists with the additional qualification. The problem that is posed in the scientific research is to reveal the attitude and attitudes of the pedagogical specialists towards the different forms of interaction to achieve a quality result and reflection on their professional realization. The innovative element in the scientific text is that the method of survey research leads to the scientific result of a positive attitude and direct satisfaction of the teaching staff from their participation in various qualification courses to increase the level of professional qualities and skills.
