Abstract

تحددت مشکلة الدراسة في على العلاقة بين أبعاد الحکم الرشيد وتحقيق الجمعيات الاهلية لأهدافها وذلک من خلال التعرف على أهم هذه المتغيرات المتمثلة فى الحوکمة وأهم عناصرها الشفافية والمساءلة والمشارکة الشعبية وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق ما يلى : العلاقة فى أبعاد الحکم الرشيد وتحقيق الجمعيات الاهلية لأهدافها وذلک من خلال تحديد أبعاد ممارسة معايير الحکم الرشيد وتحقيق الجمعيات الاهلية لأهدافها، وصف ممارسة الشفافية کأحد أبعاد الحکم الرشيد وتحقيق الجمعيات الاهلية لأهدافها، وصف الدور الذى يمکن أن يقوم به المنظم الاجتماعى لدعم ممارسة الحوکمة فى الحکم الرشيد وتحقيق الجمعيات الاهلية لأهدافها وسعت الدراسة لتحقيق بعض الفروض وهى الرئيس الأول: من المتوقع أن يکون مستوى ممارسة ابعاد الحکم الرشيد وتحقيق الجمعيات الاهلية لأهدافها متوسطا ، الرئيس الثاني: من المتوقع أن يکون مستوى دور المنظم الاجتماعي في دعم ممارسة الحوکمة فى الجمعيات الاهلية وتحقيق اهدافها متوسطا الفرض الرئيسى الثالث : من المتوقع أن يکون انعکاسات ممارسة ابعاد الحوکمة فى الجمعيات الاهلية على تحقيق أهداف التنمية متوسطا. Abstract: The problem of the study was determined in Identifying the relationship between the dimensions of good governance and the achievement of the civil societies of its goals identifying the most important of these variables represented in governance and its most important elements: transparency, accountability and popular participation. This study seeks to achieve the following: Description of the relationship in the dimensions of good governance and achieving associations The eligibility of its objectives, through defining the dimensions of exercising the standards of good governance and achieving the NGOs for their goals, describing the practice of transparency as one of the dimensions of good governance and achieving the NGOs for their goals, describing the role that the social organizer can play to support the practice of Governance in good governance and the achievement of civil society goals and the study expanded to achieve some of the assumptions which are the first main hypothesis: “It is expected that the level of practicing good governance and achieving civil society’s goals is average.” The second main hypothesis: “It is expected that the level of the role of the social organization in supporting Exercising governance in NGOs and achieving their goals as medium.
