Abstract
The article considers the problems associated with ensuring coninstitutional and political development of the state and society in Armenia, especially in the context of changes and amendments to the Constitution in 2015 and 2020, and the constitutional legislation resulting from these changes. Based on the results of the study, certain conclusions were drawn regarding the consequences of inappropriate politicization of constitutional law and the effective development of constitutional policy.
