Abstract

To monitor physical processes in real time, a fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm is widely used, which allows spectral analysis of data. The article discusses the FFT algorithm, with which you can estimate the information parameters of the harmonic signal. The data is extracted using a recursive filter satisfying the Riccati equation. The algorithm is implemented in the Wolfram Mathematica software environment. Using this algorithm reduces the amount of calculations while maintaining the required accuracy. The article also presents the results of monitoring students of technical areas, during the training of which information technologies were used. The professional skills gained during the training allow graduates of technical areas to solve applied engineering problems, to develop mathematical support for projects.
