Abstract
The article examines young people›s participation in the labor market and in society, which is critical not only to their personal economic prospects and well-being, but also to overall growth and social cohesion. The results of the analysis indicate that investment in youth is a social and political priority. The article analyzes studies of the strengths and weaknesses of young people, identifi es some problems, and proposes solutions to problems. With adequate social policy skills, young people have the opportunity to realize their potential and remain confi dent in their future prospects.
