Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand … When I read Gobong's poems, the first thought that comes to my mind is, “Why did Gobong sing so many spring songs?” As such, the temporal background of Gobong's poetry is biased toward spring. Spring was a special time for Kobong. The purpose of this discussion is to consider how spring was special to Gobong. Before the full-scale discussion, I looked at how Gobong thought of poetry. This is because Kobong's perception of poetry is reflected in his works. By examining Gobong's perception of poetry and how it was embodied in actual works, we discussed what spring meant to Gobong. How one perceives spring is inevitably influenced by the inherent properties of spring. Even if you are not a philosopher, everyone recognizes spring as the beginning of the season and the beginning of life. The reason why Gobong desperately wanted this attribute of spring was related to himself who was weak. Gobong always hoped for life in life, and poeticized it. This is one of the great characteristics of Gobong's poetry world.
