Abstract
Recently, despite the constant expansion of the range of synthetic medicine, herbal preparations are occupied a significant place in the treatment and prevention of urolithiasis in dogs and cats. The proposed work contains the results of the use of the herbal drug Melavit-plus in patients with urolithiasis of dogs and cats. The drug Melavit-plus, which contains buckwheat melanins and coniferous terpenes, enhances diuresis and stabilizes the pH of urine, it can be used for a long period of time to prevent stone formation of carnivores.
