Abstract

Natural antioxidant dihydroquercetin effect on broiler growing traits and on the possibility to extend the end-product shelf life has been studied. Dihydroquercetin adding to feed in dose 10 and 15 g/ton of feed has been established to have positive influence on broiler production. It ensures body weight increasing by 6.05 and 5.42% and feed consumption decreasing per 1 kg of body weight increasing by 6.64 and 6.58%. Dihydroquercetin antioxidant properties with this dosage give the possibility to extend chilled broiler meat shelf life.
