Abstract

Multicomponent washing-and-disinfection usage for objects disinfection in poultry slaughtering and sausage production departments has been established experimentally to assure QMAandFAM reduction to normative traits and E. coli inactivation. This disinfectant working solutions have no corrosive properties for stainless steel with 17 to 19% of chromium and remove well fatty and protein visible contaminations and also complex composition contaminations. They are washing off easily from surfaces after disinfection.
