Abstract

The authors found that the inclusion of lecithin-containing feed additive in the diet of breeding hens of the Highsex Brown cross in the amount of 350–500 g/t of feed increases the intensity of egg production by 1.45–1.99%, increases the yield of incubation eggs by 2.21–2.74% and the output of day-old chickens by 1.22–1.65% due to improved metabolic processes, in particular It also strengthens the antioxidant status of birds.
