Abstract

This paper analyzed how the process of self-reflection and self-healing is being shaped through the writing process for students taking <University Writing> at K University in Daegu in the first semester of 2022. The purpose of it is to transform a moment of crisis into a time of opportunity for college students suffering from COVID-19 and to achieve self-growth through this. Following <Self-Healing Writing>, the students had an opportunity to realize that they should be faithful to reality by writing <The Blueprint of My Life> from their 20s to their 50s and 60s. As such, it was found that college students were taking a step forward in the moment of crisis, not isolation or frustration, but reading the meaning of new life and discovering milestones. In this respect, it is significant that this study examined the process of changing the thought of college students through writing.
