Abstract

For foreign students, the ability to speak as a member of the university community through appropriate presentations and discussions is important. However, it is not easy for foreign students to perform questions and expressions suitable for the discourse situation, and speaking research is mainly focused on presentations, and there are not many studies on questioning activities. However, in a presentation situation, learners are more required to discuss and listen than to present. However, the skills required for learners in a presentation situation are more demanding, such as discussing and listening, than presentation skills. Therefore, in this study, a web-based question method was selected as a way to strengthen audience activity. The effect was verified by comparing the results with the questionnaire method. Through this, a method for audience activity education, which has been neglected in the academic Korean speaking education, was proposed.
