Abstract

This study attempted to verify the sequential mediating effect of Employment security and Job satisfaction in the impact of the Job competency of Wage Working Persons With Disabilities on Socioeconomic status. The analysis targets 1,347 Wage Working Persons With Disabilities, excluding missing values, out of the 4,577 samples of the 7th Wave of the Employment Panel Survey for the Disabled. PROCESS model 6 was used for statistical analysis On the basis of this, it was suggested that institutional support to improve Job competency should be provided first to improve the Socioeconomic status of Wage Working Persons With Disabilities and support to improve Employment security and Job satisfaction should be provided together.
