Abstract

The article explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the digital transformation of the economy. The aim of the research is to analyze the main trends in the application of AI, including process automation, decision-making, personalization, forecasting, and data protection. Research methods include analysis of existing sources, review of technologies, and practices of AI application. Conclusions point to the significant value of AI for business, but also highlight the complexities and challenges associated with implementing AI, including issues of security, privacy, and staff training. The authors emphasize that successful application of AI requires a strategic approach, including adaptation of work processes, culture, and decisionmaking approaches.
