Abstract

This article discusses the problems of delivery of small shipments from manufacturers. The problems of flexibility of the modern logistics system, which must be constantly adjusted for high-quality and effective satisfaction of consumer demand, are considered. To increase the flexibility of the system, the authors suggest using pooling technology, considering its advantages and disadvantages in modern conditions. However, the use of this technology involves the use of information systems, to create a single information field and avoid human error factors, the authors suggest using a multi-agent approach. In the article, the authors give a classification of agents in the system and the main characteristics of their behavior in interaction with each other. In this article, the authors propose a classification of constraints that agents should take into account when interacting and choosing the optimal solution. Mathematical problems that a multi–agent system should solve when solving the task - small shipments delivery - are also presented and structured.
