Abstract

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the relationship between the quality of platform labor and user satisfaction or re-use intention for platform operators to enhance the service quality of platform workers. This study investigated the relationship between cost of use, convenience of use, incentives, consumer rights, complaint resolution, and user satisfaction on re-use intention, model fit between major variables, and mediating effects of major variables. The main conclusion of this study is that it is necessary to clearly identify the influencing factors that platform companies can provide trust to service users. In addition, it is suggested that platform companies are required to prepare a system to operate platform companies from a long-term demand-based perspective while raising the intention of service users to reuse them.
