Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the features of an effective methodology for increasing the level of physical readiness of volleyball players 17-18 years old (1 course of the university). The article recommendations for the training process are offered. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that in order to increase the physical fitness of beginner volleyball players and with a temporary restriction, the application of the circular training methodology together with elective physical education classes is justified. As a result, it was found that using a variety of general physical exercises with an emphasis on the development of special qualities of a volleyball player and in conjunction with circuit training, it is possible to increase the special physical training of athletes.
