Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the direction of contemporary arts education in liquid modern. To this end, we explore modern people's lives that can be characterized by 'Digital Nomad' and ways of enjoying arts. Arts education consistent with digital nomad life requires a change in the role of instructors and teaching methods in response to changes in the situation of the times and the way to use arts while strengthening reflection by artistic experiences. Contemporary arts education should form a partnership between instructors and learners so that they can choose unfamiliar things with doubts about "why" to learners and technical problems applying digital media. In addition, arts education should allow learners, who are digital nomads, to think deeply through reflection through artistic experiences so that they can see invisible power. This direction of arts education reflects the lives of modern people. It suggests that the two in arts education should establish a balance that must strengthen their original role.
