Abstract

In the conditions of market relations, representatives of different professions, including teachers, compete. The competition covers different aspects of pedagogical activity: tutoring, teaching in online schools, courses using remote teaching. The difficulty of promoting educational services is that the teacher has to do it on his own. For the formation of competitiveness, a teacher needs deep academic, professional and practical training, expanding the range ofprofessional skills. In the conditions of a university, it is important to train future teachers to be able to present and promote their services on the market independently. The formation of a teacher’s competitiveness includes the development of cognitive, motivational, moral and aesthetic, activity and practical spheres of personality. The main principle of the work on educating a competitive personality of a teacher is to create an atmosphere of competitiveness, ranking the achievements of students. To develop the competitiveness of the teacher, the use of information and computer technologies is effective. These include: creating multimedia presentations, creating communities in social networks where experienced marketers teach students how to promote their own educational services. Students create their own blogs to promote educational services. The result of this work is an increasing number of students working in their specialty.
