Abstract

Since the period of transformation of the education system, we can talk about underestimation in the state policy of vocational education, which is naturally one of the most important processes in the development of society as a whole. This is mainly due to the market economy and, as a result, the lack of adaptation of the vocational education system to changes and the expectations of a modern employer. It is expected that a modern graduate of a higher educational institution will almost immediately be able to meet not only the current, but also the constantly changing needs of his employer, and the educational offer will be adapted to the needs of the labor market. The hope of justifying these can be the system of dual vocational education. The article is devoted to the consideration of the essence and possibilities of gradual replacement of traditional vocational education with a dual education strategy.
