Abstract
State authorities and local self-government bodies interact with each other in various forms and, since in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation such interaction is charged to them, the article discusses the main forms of interaction between state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies in compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, as well as initiative forms interactions. At the same time, the existing approaches to the forms of interaction of public authorities are summarized and the author's approach to the forms of interaction of public authorities in the implementation of their powers is given.
