Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to examine how group cohesivenes sof university taekwondo major students affects exercise immersion and self-efficacy.BR Method: To achieve the purpose of the study, 400 university Taekwondo major students of Seoul/Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Jeolla-do, Chungcheong-do, Gyeongsang-do, and Jeju were selected as study objects ,25 questionnaires with double marking, no reliability, and faithless answers of among materials were excludedfrom analysis objects, and the final 375 questionnaires were used as research materials. In regards to collected materials, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted with SPSS and AMOS. As a result, 5 results were drawn.BR Results: Group cohesiveness of university Taekwondo major students had a positive impact on exercise immersion. Group cohesiveness of university Taekwondo major studnets had a positive impact on self-efficacy. As above, group cohesiveness had an important effect on exercise immersion and self-efficacy.BR Conclusion: To boost group cohesiveness, the necessity of more effectivea nd efficient mental training is recognized. And then various and departmentalized instructional methods and educational programs should be developed.
