Abstract

This study investigates effective video music production techniques for depicting situations in videos through music analysis of music libraries widely used by video workers. When creating music for a video, we start from the stage of creating the music by considering how it can fit the audience's emotions through methodological and musical techniques. In addition, Dramativ, a representative mood, was selected from the universal music library commonly used by video workers, and various detailed elements, including its musical characteristics and instrument composition, were analyzed to suggest music production techniques suitable for the scene. As a result, although there were many areas in which the music production technique vaguely came to mind from the word 'dramatic', there were many similarities, but there were some differences in tempo settings and other areas, as well as specific instrument composition and development methods, tempo settings, Along with tone selection, it was possible to suggest a production method that took advantage of the characteristics of the dramatic mood.
