Abstract

Based on the analysis of international agreements concluded by the Russian Federation and practical experience, the article examines the issues of international cooperation in terms of organized forms of realization by foreign citizens of the right to work, as well as international legal regulation of such activities. Based on the analysis, the directions of improving the quality of international coop-eration in this area are proposed.
