Abstract

The principles, criteria, indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the oil and gas complex in various business areas are considered. The classification of performance indicators is systematized according to the criteria of economy, efficiency, investment attractiveness and business value. The importance of the social components of efficiency for large integrated production and economic systems and the compliance of the program of social and economic development of the oil and gas complex with state priorities are emphasized. A descriptive model for managing the efficiency of an oil and gas complex has been formed. The importance of highlighting the effectiveness of marketing, strategic and operational management, as well as the use of tools for achieving social efficiency according to the criterion "Corporate Business Ethics" in accordance with ESG standards is shown.
