Abstract

The article reveals the current problems of the fight against corruption in Armenia. In addition, the main directions of the state policy in the sphere are analyzed, the most applicable normative legal acts, the provisions of which are aimed at the fight against corruption in the Republic of Armenia, are discussed. The article also reveals the current anti-corruption processes and the basic practical measures in the fight against corruption. A comprehensive study proposes a number of systemic and local reforms to improve the effectiveness of the fight against corruption in the public service system.
