Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among health concerns, regular physical activity, food consumption behavior and health indicators. The complex sample design including weight, stratification, cluster variables was applied using the raw data of the 2020 consumer behavior survey for food by Korea rural economic institute. This study found followings through the complex sampling frequency analysis, complex sampling Chi-square, complex sampling regression. First, the high health concerns group showed the higher regular physical activity participation than low health concerns group. Second, the high health concerns group showed the higher healthy eating, safe eating, food label use, food information use than low health concerns group. Third, regular physical activity group showed higher healthy eating, safe eating, food label use, food information use than non-regular physical activity group. Fourth, regular physical activity group showed lower BMI and higher subjective health recognition than non-regular physical activity group.
