Abstract

This study aims to propose strategies for effective implementation and dissemination of learner-centered innovative teaching methods, as well as efficiency and quality management in large-scale instruction. To achieve this, we analyzed the case of A University's Learning Facilitator Support Program, and the findings are as follows: The Learning Facilitator Support Program has proven to be effective in facilitating the operation of classes with a large number of students. And, it has demonstrated a positive impact on academic performance. Therefore, it is concluded that strategies are needed to enhance the program's effectiveness in managing and improving the quality of instruction. These strategies should include institutional improvements at the school level, enhancements to the learning environment, improvements in operational methods and sharing strategies at the CTL level.
