Abstract
This study is to explore ways to stably operate the Comprehensive Home Care Center, a public delivery system that provides care services based on the community. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted for professionals in charge of care service-related tasks in the community. As a result of the study, three themes were derived: 'awareness of the comprehensive home care center as a public delivery system', 'experience and awareness of the operation of the comprehensive home care center', and 'opinion for improvement of the comprehensive home care center as a public delivery system'. Based on the results of this study, as a public delivery system that provides comprehensive care services in the community, a direction for the operation of the Comprehensive Home Care Center as a public delivery system that can coexist with the public based on the public nature was proposed.
