Abstract
The paper considers the stages of development of the transport system on the example of the city of Belgorod. The analysis of the use of means of individual mobility as an eco-friendly mode of transport in urban infrastructure is carried out. The use of such means can be safer, more convenient and environmentally friendly than traveling by public transport or car. However, over the past few years, the trend of increasing individual mobility equipment (SIM) on the road space has increased the number of road accidents involving these vehicles, which naturally poses a threat to the lives of the population.
