ИНСТРУМЕНТАРИЙ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ СПЕЦИАЛИЗАЦИИ ПРОЕКТНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ РЕГИОНА В ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННОЙ СФЕРЕ

Abstract

In order to achieve stable economic development, improve the living standards of the population, based on the integrated approach in the economy, the problem of networking regional development projects and their phased strategizing comes to the fore, which determines the relevance of research to determine the appropriate project specialization in the areas of economic development. Consideration of the production sector comes to the fore, as it is one of the most costly for the implementation of project activities in the regions. The purpose of the study is to develop methodological tools that reveal the features of the development of project activities in the region on the basis of determining its specialization in the manufacturing sector. To achieve it, such methods of scientific research as correlation and regression analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, methods of statistical data processing were used. The presented methodology made it possible, on the basis of Fisher's F-statistics and Student's t-statistics, to determine the input, process and output indicators, which later made it possible to form a process matrix for their application to determine the specialization of the region's project activities in the manufacturing sector. The subsequent correlation analysis, carried out on the example of the regions of the Central Federal District, showed which regions dominate in the production sector in the implementation of project activities, based on the established level of specialization. The practical significance of the results obtained in determining the dominant specialization of project development for the regions lies in the possibility of using the developed methodological apparatus, as well as its specific recommendations for the regions in solving the most important socio-economic problems in the implementation of project activities in the region.
